By using atpedia.org or any ATPedia app you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
- You must create an account with a real email you own and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- An account is for one person. A child’s account is created by a parent or guardian.
2. Subscription & license
- A subscription gives you the right to use the app for the plan period, on the number of devices in the plan, with your own account.
- The apps belong to ATPedia. A subscription is a license to use them, not a sale.
- The free trial is once per account and per device. Creating accounts or other tricks to repeat it are not allowed.
3. Payment & renewal
- Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds and US dollars on each app page. Each payment covers the plan period you choose.
- Subscriptions do not renew automatically — you renew yourself. Renewing early adds the new period after the current one.
- Manual transfers (Vodafone Cash / InstaPay) are activated after we confirm the amount arrived. We may decline a request if the transfer did not arrive or the screenshot is invalid.
- Prices may change in the future; changes never affect a period you have already paid for.
- Refunds follow the refund policy.
4. Acceptable use
You may not break or bypass the subscription system, modify, resell or redistribute the apps, share your account beyond the device limit, or use the website in a way that harms it or other users.
5. Your data
Your content inside the apps is yours and is stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping copies of it (the apps make automatic backups and offer export to a file). See the privacy policy.
6. Service “as is”
We do our best to make our apps work well and keep improving them, but we provide them “as is” without a guarantee that they are completely error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any damage is limited to the amount you paid for the current period.
7. Suspension
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may ask us to delete your account at any time.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above will change, and continuing to use our services after an update means you accept it.
