How it works
Waqti helps you finish the big things you keep putting off. Write a task, split it into small steps, give each step a time — then press play and let Waqti walk you through it, one step at a time.
Step by step
- Write a big task and set its time — e.g. “Study chapter 3 — 2 hours”.
- Split it into small steps with ➕, each with its own time. Steps can have sub-steps, as deep as you like.
- Press ▶ on any step — the timer starts and the step appears in the focus card.
- When time is up, the alarm asks: done, or not yet?
- Not yet → snooze 5 / 10 / 15 / 30 minutes
- Done → move on to the next step automatically
- Done, continue tomorrow → the rest moves to tomorrow
- At the end of the day you get a report: what you finished, how long it took, and what’s left for tomorrow.
Organize freely
Drag any task to reorder it, or drop it onto another task to make it a sub-step. Click a task’s name to change its title, time or day.
